The Journey That Led Me Here
🌙 What I Walked Through
I didn’t arrive at this work through theory. I lived it. After years of overworking and ignoring my body’s needs — both in the military and corporate wellness settings, I found myself burnt out, anxious, and disconnected. Healing began when I slowed down and started listening: to my breath, my body, my inner voice.
🌿 What I Found on the Other Side
Through yoga, sound healing, and reconnecting with my nervous system, I discovered the power of softness. That healing doesn't have to be forced — it can be nurtured. And when I committed to this path, I found a version of myself that felt whole, grounded, and deeply aligned.

Today, I help others do the same. I combine trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation tools, and holistic practices to guide people back to themselves — with compassion and clarity. Whether you’re healing from stress, trauma, or just trying to feel more you, I’m here to hold that space.
I'm on a mission to nurture resilience, healing, and self trust.
My path to this work didn’t come through healing alone — it came through study, service, and lived experience.
I began in the U.S. Air Force, where I learned discipline, resilience, and the toll of constant endurance. Later, I earned my B.A. in Public Health & Community Health, and spent years supporting individuals through trauma recovery, chronic stress, and burnout.
I’m trained in Mental Health First Aid and Trauma-Informed Coaching, and hold certifications in Health & Wellness Coaching and Holistic Nutrition. I’m also a KRI-Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher (200HR), currently expanding my training through Level 2 coursework in Authentic Relationships.
My approach blends science, spirituality, and embodied wisdom — so you don’t have to choose between clinical support and soulful care.
